The apartment is a big single room for work, eating & sleeping (40 sqm), with a small but beautiful kitchen with a new fridge (cold / freeze combination) and a small bath with a shower and washing machine.
The apartment has a warm and inspiring, creative atmosphere. I love to write and work there.
The area is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, a huge park, cosy places at the Landwehrkanal, and one of the cutest local markets on Saturdays in the direct neighborhood.
At night, there are both modern bars and traditional Berliner Kneipen, where all generations meet.
You are within 10 minutes of the vibrating scene in Neukölln & Kreuzberg and connected to a lot of public transportation, so you are everywhere in short times.
The people here are very diverse in ethnics, gender, and ages, which makes this Kiez such a great place.
The apartment provides a basic food set like oil, flour, spices, etc., which is included by normal use, along with bedsheets and towels.
Your guests have to be respectful, friendly, and trustworthy - homophobia, racists, toxic men, and right-wing minds are not welcome.
As I live in the Uckermark, basically, I rent this apartment for short terms, normally no longer than a month, but ask if there is a need.
