Room in Munich Thalkirchen - DORO1-2

Welcome to Munich :-)

My accommodation is located in Thalkirchen, right next to the U3 subway line. The zoo and the Isar River with the Flaucher Island are within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes). The Flaucher Island (a nudist beach) is very popular in the summer.
The U3 subway line takes you to Sendlinger Tor in 5 stops (8 minutes), where you'll find numerous gay bars and pubs. In 6 stops (10 minutes) in Marienplatz, City Center.
There are several restaurants, beer gardens, and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation – all within a five-minute walk.
Parking is in a zone on Zennerstraße and the surrounding area.
The location is very quiet, yet you can still reach the city center quickly and easily.
The room is approximately 12 square meters and comfortably furnished. It features a 120 cm wide bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a television. Several lamps create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
The bathroom and terrace are, of course, available for guests' use. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. The apartment itself is non-smoking, and I am also a non-smoker.
A delicious breakfast is included and contributes to a pleasant stay. The room is located in a well-maintained, quiet apartment and is suitable for both short and longer stays.

Directions from Munich Central Station:
Take the U1 or U2 subway line from the main station towards Sendlinger Tor (1 stop). At Sendlinger Tor, change to the U3 towards Fürstenried West. After five stops, get off at the Thalkirchen (Tierpark) station. Exit at Zennerstraße.
Arrival from Munich Airport:
From the airport, take the S-Bahn (S1 or S8) towards the city center to Marienplatz station (approx. 40–45 minutes). There, change to the U3 subway line towards Fürstenried West. After 6 stops, get off at the Thalkirchen (Tierpark) station. Exit at Zennerstraße.
From there, it's only about a 1-minute walk to the front door at Zennerstraße 22a.
