A modern, luxury, penthouse apartment 300m away from the vast sandy beach of Rethymno with breathtaking sea views over the rooftops of the town and its Venetian castle. Its artworks, design furniture, facilities and roof garden terrace make it unique

This 140m2 apartement is on the 5th floor (the highest you can get in Rethymno) of a block of flats mostly inhabited by young families and some university students. Therefor it enjoys a vast roof garden terrace with 180° breathtaking seaviews.

The guests have access to the whole apartment and its terrace, the books (most of them about travelling, arts and architecture) and the CDs of the owner, the household equipment and the laundry and partial access to the wardrobes situated in the bedrooms and the entrance hall

When I don't live in this apartment I live in my studio which is next door to it. I wait for the guests to welcome them upon their arrival, show them around the apartment and its amenities and then be avaliable at least on my phone, for any info/help the guests might need.

My accomodation is ideal for gays and lesbians.

Famous gay/nudist beaches are in less than half an hour drive

Sights: All famouse touristic spots of Crete are easily accesible by car

House Rules: Smoking is permited only on the terrace.

I have to visit for a couple of hours every second day to water the plants and monitor the pools, after aranging with the guests the time that is convenient for them.
