We are Marcello and Massimo. After eighteen years of work in the city we decided to drop everything and change our life. At the end of 2006 we left Milan and went to live in the Marche. Now we live in the country, we have a little farm with olive trees, a vineyard, orchard and bees for honey. In our house we opened a small B & B. We offer our guests the comfort and privacy that a private home can offer. We will do everything to make you feel at ease from the first day of your arrival and we are sure that at the end of your vacation, you will have very good memories of your experience.

The Bed and Breakfast is in the Marche and a few minutes away from the sea and the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto and, for lovers of mountains, thirty minutes away, you can make pleasant excursions in the Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini.
The B & B is located in the municipality of Carassai in the province of Ascoli Piceno, 10 minutes from the beaches, 30 km from the Monti Sibillini National Park, 25 miles from San Benedetto del Tronto and 40 km from Ascoli Piceno. From the motorway (northbound), exit at "Pedaso" and then take the provincial road n. 433 for about 14 km following the signs for Carassai. From the motorway (southbound) can, alternatively, take the exit "Grottammare", along the Adriatic main road north, and soon after Cupra Marittima, turn left and follow the road n. 91 of the "Val Menocchia" following the signs for Carassai.
