Guestroom
: 14 sqm, on the ground floor. Rate includes coffee and tea. bathroom to share. 4 stops to the city center "duomo, main station". Just 2 stops to the gay area. Next public transport: Statuto (bus 4, 28, 8, 20). The host speaks Italiensk, English and Spansk. Pets present (cat).
Accommodation description from the hostess:
. Friendly and quiete atmosphere in a fully furnished flat in a green and residential area, 25 minute walk from Duomo, in a peacefull building 50es style.
. House is formed by an entrance-kitchen-living all in an open space, two bedrooms and a bathroom with two shower. Room for guest is a sort of a "double volume": on a wooden platform 1.90 mt high stands a double-bed with orthopedic mattress. Many of my guests said me that this "high bed" is quite cosy...
. Underneath is a sofa, armchair, two little tables, a wardrobe and a bookcase; room has its own TV color, fridge, and internet wireless connection.
. Guestroom has a door that goes to my 120 sq.mt. garden, with some fruit trees, meadow, a hammock, and a pool with goldfishes..
. Continental breakfast (tee or coffee, bread, butter, jam, cornflakes and fruit) is offered with an extra charge of 8 euro, but free coffe is available all day.
. Of course I will try to help you to make your staying in this wonderful town as easy and confortable as possibile.
. Late chech-in till 11.00 pm, unless private arrangements.
