The apartment has 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 single room and can accomodate 1-5 pax.
I will offer the entire apartment in any case.

If the apartment is booked by one person, he will not share it with anybody else and the price is 37,00 EUR (entire property).
In this case, since the price is lower, I reserve the right to keep 2 of the 3 bedrooms closed, but the rest of the house will be not shared with anybody else.

The same if the reservation is made by a couple or by a group of 3 PAX. (One room should be keep closed)

In case the booking is made by a group of 4 or 5, all the rooms will be left open.
